A phone-free 75-minute morning walk, movement workshop, and honest conversation — once a month, with a therapist who has spent ten years getting people out of pain. Click the button for more information.
The stiff neck you ignore until Thursday. The tension headache that shows up every Sunday evening before the week even starts. The tiredness that sleep doesn’t fix.
This isn’t a burnout crisis. It’s just Tuesday. And Wednesday. And every day you spend giving your best hours to a screen.
The Saturday Tech Reset is one morning a month where you don’t. Seventy-five minutes in Holland Park and the Kyoto Garden, phone in your pocket, moving your body through one of London’s most beautiful spaces — with someone who has spent ten years helping people get out of pain asking you questions nobody usually asks: how do you actually feel?
Bring a yoga mat for the movement workshop. Bring yourself for the rest.
No fitness level needed. No agenda. Just show up.
Your body has been waiting for this longer than you think.

What to Expect

Your Guide

Andrea Croci
I'm a holistic therapist and movement specialist based in West London, with ten years of clinical experience in massage therapy, myofascial release, and movement rehab. I work with burnt-out professionals who are tired of being told to "rest more" — and want to actually understand what their body is asking for. The Saturday Tech Reset started because I needed it myself. So did most of my clients. Now it's yours too.
Any doubts? Here are some FAQ

The whole point of the Saturday Tech Reset is to give your nervous system a genuine break from screens. Even 75 minutes makes a difference. Your emails will survive without you. We can take pictures and exchange details after the Q&A.
The first events will be intentionally small, Ideally think 4 to 8 people maximum. Enough to feel like a group, small enough to actually have a real conversation.
